Hopefully the site is quite self-explanatory, but here's a few snippets of information to help you along...…..

Generally the cover you see is the one you are buying, allowing you to take a good look at the photo to ascertain condition etc before you decide whether to make a purchase or not. For some of the more vanilla covers where we have multiple copies in similar condition then we may show stock of more than 1 copy and you may receive a different copy to the one shown, but rest assured condition will be as good as the copy shown. This generally applies to Philatelic Bureau stamped copies post 1980, but occasionally it may apply to others. 

Where relevant inserts are not present, we always note this in the comments. It may be that some covers were issued with no inserts originally so its not necessarily that the insert has been removed or lost, but its impossible to know whether this is the case for all covers so for simplicity we note that the insert is not present. In fact in many cases inserts are merely blank card or cut up pieces of scrap just to give the cover some rigidity so are easily replaced if necessary, but in other cases inserts are informative and some collectors prefer for these to be present.

All of our covers are stored in a dry, sun free room in a cigarette and pet free house, and are individually wrapped in protective clear fronted bags. As you would expect a number of our covers have been bought in from other collectors and dealers, and while we always strive to ensure that everything we buy and stock is likewise from a smoke free home, and do not list anything which we deem to have any traces of odour to them, it is impossible to guarantee that everything is 100% free of any such "tainting" so will likewise gladly replace or refund anything which you feel is not entirely clean.

For classification purposes, First Day Covers are listed as such, and all other covers are grouped as Commemorative Covers, so can include Commemoratives, Souvenirs and any other promotional types.

All orders are dispatched as promptly as possible, normally within 1 business day of order, and are sent in sturdy card backed envelopes or boxes depending on the size of the order. We realise the importance of the items reaching you in as good condition as when we pack them, so care and effort is taken with each and every order, no matter how small or large. 

Postage will always be via the service we deem to be the most appropriate based on value, size and destination of order, however we have set fixed rate by location so to give buyers the best value for money we can. Having a single rate per location means buyers benefit when buying multiple covers as opposed to being charged an all in cost per item which in theory means you pay multiple times for the same postage lot on larger orders.
